Personal Reserve: This is our basic savings account. Your initial $5 deposit establishes your share in membership at CHACO. You earn dividends for your balance everyday at competitive rates.

Share Certificates: Earn more on your long term savings with CHACO share certificates. Similar to certificates of deposit, share certificates offer dividends on terms from three months to six years, with a minimum deposit of $500. Certificates are a great way for you to increase your investment return over a specific amount of time.

Individual Retirement Account (IRA): Traditional or Roth IRAs allow you to invest in your financial future. Setting up an IRA is easy and it is an excellent way to build your retirement nest-egg while reducing your taxes. You can start an IRA with a minimum balance of $500. Money Market Account: Earn a higher investment return with our Classic Oak Account. The Classic Oak is a Money Market Account with checking writing abilities.***

Emergency Fund: Rainy days happen, life happens… are you prepared? An Emergency Fund is an interest bearing savings account for those unexpected life events, such as when you might lose your job, the car’s transmission goes out or your refrigerator simply is on the fritz. No need to worry about having to make a deposit in person, you can sign-up for direct deposit or payroll deduction.****

Holiday/Vacation Savings: Let Chaco help you save for those dreaded holiday bills or a dream vacation. By making regular deposits throughout the year or contributing through payroll deduction, you can have a tidy sum of money by the time that special occasion rolls around. The money in your Holiday Savings Account will be deposited to your Personal Reserve at the beginning of November and your Vacation Savings Account is available anytime.
